*Reporter<\/span><\/strong>: Good morning Iain, thank you very much for spending time for this short conversation. I know that you have been with KBN since first days of our new branch. What do you think about KBN\u2019s students?
\n*Iain<\/span>: Since joining this school I have been very pleased with the positive attitude and pleasant nature of the students. They are attentive in class and they really enjoy learning English. As they are well behaved, it is possible to use fun and creative activities for the students. I am always happy to see new students enter the school and fit in with the rest of their classmates. I like that the kids always say hello to me and ask me how I am when I see them in the hallway.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Reporter<\/span>: Any differences you can draw from KBN compared to other preshool?
\n*Iain<\/span>: The new school is great. The classrooms have ample space to do a range of activities that can include all the children. We have a music room, art room and an outside area so learning English doesn’t have to stay in the English classroomI think the school is ambitious in its aims, hosting events such as a Christmas festival and putting on English drama shows performed by the students.<\/p>\n

*Reporter<\/span>: That\u2019s great! Let\u2019s talk a bit about your experience in teaching English. You have been having more than 10 years of teaching English in kingergartens in Asia. Can you share with us some of your tips to make a successful lesson?
\n*Iain<\/span>: I think that learning English should be fun and we need to stimulate student’s young minds. I use a variety of songs, games and hands on activities to keep the students interested and help them understand and remember new language. A successful lesson is centred around the children, making sure they all have a chance to participate. The key to learning a new language is to speak and listen as much as possible. That’s why we give the students a chance to speak together as a class and individually. So far I have had a very positive experience teaching with KBN and I’m sure this will continue into the future.
